This yoga-style class is modified to accommodate those with physical limitations. All poses and exercises will be done seated or standing (using the chair for balance as necessary). Multiple variations will be given for each exercise, with allowances made for varying abilities. We'll do exercises to improve your flexibility, strength and balance, as well as mindfulness techniques that assist in stress and anxiety relief.
