This eight-week course teaches a beginner form of t'ai chi as created by Master Sun Lu Tang nearly a century ago. It's designed to give the busy office worker, student or senior a practical means of acquiring greater balance, strength and peace of mind. The emphasis is on stress reduction and relaxation. You'll practice at the most beautiful spot in the Japanese Garden in the Botanic Garden in Fort Worth.
