We understand that returning to the workplace after the pandemic can be a daunting decision. This is why we are committed to mentality of safety for all our positions. While we are no longer working remotely, our office and operations are well-suited to social distancing and workplace safety. Staff members working in the horticulture area are generally outdoors and usually work in spread out groups of 1-4 among dense, naturally air-filtering foliage. When working indoors, non-vaccinated team members are required to wear masks when in groups. Additionally, our regularly sanitized office and workspace layout provides ample space for social distancing for every team member.
