Camellia Room

The Camellia Room is located in the Garden Center. Because of its attached kitchenette, this room is a perfect setting for baby showers, bridal showers, meetings, or retirement parties.

To Book please contact the Booking Office at 817-463-4150 or send us an email. The Booking Office is open Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Saturdays 11:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Venue Tours are available by appointment only. Please call the Booking Office to schedule a tour.

8:00 am – 12:00 pm
1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

6- Hour Rental
8:00 am – 2:00 pm
10:00 am – 4:00 pm
1:00 pm – 7:00 pm
4:00 pm – 10:00 pm

9- Hour Rental
8:00 am – 5:00 pm
1:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Hours include set-up and clean-up time.

A 10% administrative fee is added to all space rentals at the time of booking.


An additional after-hours fee of $200 will be added for any event taking place Saturday or Sunday after 5:00 pm.

  • Bridal Suite may be rented for an additional $50 per hour, 2-hour minimum
  • AV Equipment $50 per hour
  • Piano $25
  • Black Spandex Linens $10 each
  • Events with alcohol will require the hiring of security at an additional hourly rate.
