Orchid Room

The Orchid Room is located in the Garden Center. This venue is the perfect setting for small training, meetings, and interviews.

To Book please contact the Booking Office at 817-463-4150 or send us an email. The Booking Office is open Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Saturdays 11:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Venue Tours are available by appointment only. Please call the Booking Office to schedule a tour. 

  • 4-Hour, 6-Hour or 9-Hour Rental
  • A Photo Pass (for the reserved room during the rental period)
  • Access to the kitchen
  • Tables and chairs
  • Table sizes: 3’x3′ square, 6’x2.5′ rectangle, 8’x2.5′ rectangle and 60″ rounds

One Period (four hours)
8:00 am – 12:00 pm
1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

One and a Half Periods (six hours)
8:00 am – 2:00 pm
10:00 am – 5:00 pm
1:00 pm – 7:00 pm
3:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Two Periods (nine hours)
8:00 am – 5:00 pm
1:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Hours include set-up and clean-up time.

A 10% administrative fee is added to all space rentals at the time of booking.

An additional after-hours fee of $200 will be added for any event taking place Saturday or Sunday after 5:00 pm.

  • Bridal Suite may be rented for an additional $50 per hour, 2-hour minimum
  • AV Equipment $50 per hour
  • Piano $25
  • Black Spandex Linens $10 each
  • Events with alcohol will require the hiring of security at an additional hourly rate.
