Explore the wonders of native plants, work on your sketching skills in the Japanese Garden, start that backyard veggie garden, learn about bioswales, and more! We help lifelong learners keep growing through a variety of classes, workshops, and programs, both in-person and virtual. We aim to build an inclusive community and bring people closer to nature, creativity, and wellness. Come learn in, and about, nature! Our adult education programs take place outdoors in the gardens, indoors, and online. BE SURE TO CHECK WHETHER YOUR CLASS IS VIRTUAL OR ONSITE.
UPDATED 8/26/21: Due to the changing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, all our adult learning opportunities are either outdoors or online. Outdoor classes are capped at 20 participants. Social distancing is practiced and masks will be available for those who wish to wear them.
Virtual classes and workshops are recorded and made available to registrants for viewing two full weeks following their receipt.
Our adult education program is supported by our partners at the Tarrant County Master Gardeners Association, Fort Worth Audubon Society, Fort Worth Garden Club, and Fort Worth Bonsai Society.
